COREvalue is the joint consulting company of four successful entrepreneurs and capital market consultants.

	Dr. Jürgen Wegmann, partner COREvalue Since 1986 Dr. J. Wegmann has been dealing with IPOs and has consulted more than 80 small and medium-sized enterprises in going public. Further focal points are financing and strategic consulting as well as supporting M&A processes in corporations. Moreover, Dr. J. Wegmann has been academic teacher in three universities since 1996 and he is the author of numerous specialised and non-fiction books as well as of scientific papers.
	Pierre Drach, partner und managing COREvalue Since the beginning of the 1990s, P. Drach has been working in stock research and established Germany's largest independent research provider Independent Research GmbH. Since the mid-1990s he has been advising enterprises in the capital market, particularly on IPOs and financing questions. He has been quoted in numerous press reports and appeared in more than one hundred TV shows regarding the stock and capital markets.
	Björn Ehring, partner COREvalue Since the end of the 1990s, B. Ehring has accompanied numerous successful business financings in various investment banks and corporate finance consulting companies. Among other things, he has supported more than 50 companies in going public. Apart from equity capital financing his expertise comprises consulting bond and convertible bond issuing as well as M&A consulting.
	Christian Schiffmacher, partner COREvalue Since 1988, C. Schiffmacher has worked in various positions as a portfolio manager and business journalist. In 2006, he incorporated Institutional Investment Publishing GmbH. Through his publishing company he successfully established pioneering specialist publications BOND MAGAZINE and BONDBOOK within the financial community. Before that, he has worked as editor-in-chief of GoingPublic magazine and in other positions.
